RETURNS

We will be happy to arrange for a return of a product that you are not satisfied with, if that product is still in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns of opened or partially consumed items. To make sure that you are satisfied with the product you receive, inspect the contents as soon as they arrive. Due to perishable nature of our products we can accept returns or exchanges only if you contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your order. Please store the items appropriately and call us at (800) 327-3412 within 24 hours of receipt. We will arrange a return or exchange for you. Springfield Smoked Fish does not accept returns that have not been authorized, so we urge you not to refuse delivery or send back items without calling us before. Once the items have been receive back at our facility a credit for the cost of items will be issued to your account, unless you request an exchange. Shipping charges are non refundable. We are not responsible for products that spoil due to: packages left at the door for extended periods of time, packages sent back to freight location because nobody was available to sign for them, delivery refusal or delays in delivery times due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

Because we use PayPal for payment processing, Rachael’s Springfield Smoked Fish does NOT obtain any of your financial information. We do keep your email address, but will never provide it to third parties with out your consent.

SHIPPING

All perishables arrive in insulated polystyrene containers with ice packs. For information on recycling containers, call the recycling hot line (800) 944-8448. Your order includes a free re-suable Styrofoam cooler and gel ice packs. Order by 9:00 am for next day delivery within the 48 contiguous U.S. States Monday thru Thursday. Saturday delivery is available for an additional $20.00. Delivery to Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands is also additional.

Guaranteed overnight and Saturday delivery service are not available to customers in “remote” locations. Remote locations are defined as locations outside of the carriers priority delivery areas. We are not responsible for perishable items delivered to remote areas. To guarantee delivery, we must have proper and complete addresses. Sorry, we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or APO & FPO addresses.

 

GIFT CARDS

Gift Cards are available upon request. There is an additional $2.50 charge to include a gift card.

 

SALES TAX

We do not charge sales tax for food products.
